Hi, I’m Yazmin, founder of Beautify My Core. I am a proud Texas State University graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice and a deep passion for understanding human behavior and breaking generational cycles.

Beautify My Core was created from a simple belief: what remains unaddressed does not disappear. It continues through the patterns we repeat, the behaviors we normalize, and the things we pass forward without realizing it. What began as a personal journey of confronting generational cycles, emotional patterns, and inherited beliefs grew into something bigger than one person. 

Beautify My Core exists to create conversations around the things people are often taught to ignore. The uncomfortable truths. The repeated patterns. The inherited beliefs. The silent struggles that quietly shape how we think, react, connect, and move through life.

Through journals, intentional content, apparel, and live speaking experiences, the mission remains the same: helping people recognize the patterns that no longer serve them so they can make different decisions moving forward.

This Is Bigger Than Me (available on Amazon) was created to be more than a journal. It was designed as an experience. One that invites honesty, reflection, and accountability without pretending that growth is always comfortable. Because breaking cycles is rarely about one big moment. It is often a series of smaller decisions made differently over time. This journal is built around a simple framework: Notice. Own. Interrupt. Notice what is happening. Own your participation in it. Interrupt what no longer deserves to continue.

The power of this method is not found in understanding it. The power comes from applying it in real time.
