Things That Don't Define Me Journal

Do you base your worth on things that have happened to you?  Maybe past mistakes that you regret, but can't change? A diagnosis that caught you completely off guard and you can't get past it? There's many should haves, would haves or could haves, that cross our mind, but you are here NOW.  Use our 8"x6" (aka size A5) journal to write all these things that you feel define you, so that you no longer carry that heavy weight on your shoulders.
